WWOW: Live the Promised Life

For we are recreated in Christ Jesus, (born again) that we may do those good works which God predestined for us, that we should walk in them, living the good life which He prearranged and made ready for us to live. – Ephesians 2:10

Living the Promised Life
Sean Sparkman

u-turns-logoFathers and mothers, in their hearts want what is best for their children. The heart of God is a fathers heart and He also wants you to take full advantage of the good life that He has prearranged for you. Many Christians settle for less than God’s best for their lives because they listen to the devil’s lies.

The devil tries to convince you that you’ve made too many serious mistakes in the past and will never be good enough to live the good life that God wants you to have. But this is not truth.

We all falter, make mistakes, struggle… but God still loves us and when you repent, he is quick to forgive you and lead you back to the right path. Yes, God allows U-Turns. God has provided the best, so you might as well have it!

Pray today: Lord, may I keep growing closer and closer to you, more and more like your son. Thank you for blessing me in so many ways, father. I know that only with you will I find true success in my life. Amen.

great post! for no matter how close to God through Jesus I should feel today, tomorrow I may carry the feeling of unworth. God forgives. Forgiving self is harder
